Philippe Blanchard is Head of the Public Affairs practice EMEA and is the Managing Director of the public affairs group of Hill & Knowlton Brussels. He is part of the H&K international CSR team or the H&K crisis team. He is a qualified media trainer.

Philippe has 13 years of experience in the public affairs consulting business and has regularly worked with several industry sectors including energy and power, aerospace, banking, agriculture and food, FMCG, pharmaceutical and IT industries in developing and implementing pan-European public affairs programs.

He is a lecturer at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Strasbourg. He regularly participates in training programs on EU affairs (HEC; US industrial college of the armed forces; MBA Boston Business School).
