Amanda joined Hill and Knowlton in 2002 and currently heads H&K’s EMEA technology practice. She has extensive international business development, client management and external communications skills. Amanda is also responsible for managing the agency’s relationship with HP. As the Global Client Services Director, she ensures service, quality and impact objectives are met for the client.
Additional responsibilities include embedding best practice trans-national client service as well as training managers to be the service and quality ambassadors to Hill and Knowlton’s largest global and pan EMEA clients.
Prior to joining H&K, Amanda was Managing Director of Beattie Media where she built its London operation from scratch to £5 million fee income in three years, netting 14th place in the PR Week Hi-Tech rankings in year one. Prior to Beattie Media, Amanda spent five years at Firefly Communications working with a range of technology clients.
Amanda re-located from the US in 1994 having spent several years at KVO public relations and advertising, a leading US agency (Portland, Oregon, USA). Her campaigns, both in the US and UK, have won industry awards.
