As one of two Regional Directors for H&K Middle East, Fran heads up the Organisational and Change Communications practice for H&K ME and in this role works with leading businesses across the region to deliver internal communications programmes that embrace change and harmonise multi-cultural workforces.

Working with the talented and bi-lingual H&K ME team of internal communications practitioners, Fran has consulted on compelling Change and Internal Communications programmes for companies as diverse as SABIC, Dubai Holdings, Emirates Airlines, MTC/Zain, International Bank of Qatar and Saudi Aramco.

Before moving to Qatar in 2000, Fran ran her own successful communications consultancy in Dubai for 8 years where she worked on a broad spectrum of communications projects for local and international clients.

Fran has extensive senior level experience through the line in all aspects of marketing and communications which makes her uniquely qualified to add value in developing powerful multi-channel internal communications programmes.
