Marwan joined Hill & Knowlton in March 2005 as Regional Media Director. He is responsible for overall media relations management for the consultancy on a local and regional basis. He is also responsible for staff training and development in media relations. In addition, Marwan plays an active role in the company’s new business efforts across the region. He is also a member of the regional communications training team.

Marwan started his career in 1988 as a technical editor at Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal, a leading pan-Arab business magazine. In January 1991, he joined Euro RSCG Bain (then Bain Communications) as an Arab account executive. Immediately prior to joining H&K, Marwan was a Senior Consultant in addition to being the director on key accounts.

Marwan’s client experience includes work with Intel, Toshiba, General Motors, Investcorp, Boeing, Emirates Airline and Halliburton.

Marwan holds a BS in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut.
