Taking Investor Relations to the Next Level

The Wonderful World of Disney….and Good Management

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End, made its box office debut this past weekend for Disney.  Not surprisingly, it promises to be a blockbuster!  Disney really has the magic touch these days and it shows in their stock price. Since Bob Iger took over the helm as CEO of Disney back in October of 2005 the stock is up over 50%.  The year prior to Iger being appointed CEO the stock was somewhat flat.

Iger has done a great job at focusing on shareholder value…..and Wall St. loves him for it!

The investment community should never discount the value of good management.
