Interesting Piece on Employee Blogs

Mark Scheffler at Chicago Business posts a story this week about employee blogs and the corporate reaction . . . It is evident that companies need specific policies on blogging about the company by employees. Some do; many don't. The point is the blogs will happen anyway so being transparent about expectations just makes sense.
