The BBC reports on news that a UK think tank is setting up a weblog to encourage the public to submit ideas on how digital technologies can improve life in Britain.

The Institute for Public Policy Research already has its own well-established blog, so this clearly isn't just another half-baked attempt to tap into the blogging zeitgeist.
