
Some days I wish all I was paid to do was to think about outdoor experience marketing, of course I think I’d be good at it, but more importantly, the opportunities are truly endless when you just let your creative juices start flowing.
Case in point: McDonalds and a new billboard that a friend of mine told me about in Chicago that is close to where the Chicago Cubs (baseball team) play. The billboard, as you can see by the picture, is highlighting McDonald’s “Fresh Salads” in the simplest way possible as far as the language used and in an extremely creative yet again simple way, by letting the salad speak for itself.
So next time you are thinking of a creative way to showcase a product in the big outdoors don’t be hindered by the norm – shake things up a bit and think differently using this as your inspiration. There are new ideas out there just waiting to be created.
