As Senior Vice President, Digital Corporate and Public Affairs, Brendan is a 12-year PR veteran who currently busies himself in the areas of, well, Digital Communications, specifically helping organizations more effectively use the web and its associated tools and technologies to inform, educate and engage their target audiences. His key areas of focus (meaning, what interests him most) are online reputation and issues management, crisis communications, and advocacy. He is also a senior communications strategist and writer, two skills that further enhance his ability to effectively counsel clients on appropriate and realistic online engagement.
Brendan enjoys writing, both professionally and creatively. He has a house, a cat, a spouse, and twin daughters who speak better French than he does. He also enjoys surfing the Web and is glad that he gets paid to do it. He believes the Internet and Social Media are no longer optional when it comes to creating a truly effective communications program and has made it his mission (in his professional life) to convince the people around him of this fact.
