Sorry, what did you say?

I’m reacquainting myself with Professional Services Automation, a book I bought some time ago. It’s just as well I suppose, as the section on knowledge management indicates:

After one day, we forget 46% of what we have heard.
After seven days, we forget 65%.
After 14 days, we forget 79%.

I wonder what the 21% we remember is?

    And then there’s the "oh, yeah!" moment for things we forgot we remember.
