HSBC – failure now, success later?

Edit: Thanks Jim for pointing out that this site did not come from HSBC but from an external source so I hereby retract this blog entry. Maybe it was too much to hope for this kind of openess. Anyway, here is the link to the site

But I still think that this might even benefit them in the end – after this painful stage. We saw the same with a Danish bank that opened their website for any customer complaints and they got a lot of credit for daring.

    ASOS have just launched, which shows that raw customer reviews sites like are not necessarily a bad thing if your brand is popular and you are doing all the right things to keep your customers happy.
