The businesses who realize the power of social media, and how it can strengthen their relationships are really seeing the results. It reminds me of the book by Thomas Friedman, The World is Flat. The internet has enabled us to gain more opportunities and venture out into new territory. In the future, I believe that social media will continue to become more and more common among businesses. While some businesses still need to work out how it will be structured, I think they will eventually need to get involved to stay alive. Great post, I'll be back to talk again soon! Hi Lauren,
